D.J. is a lifelong student of true leadership. As a graduate of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Leadership program, D.J. hopes to add value with a focus of People over Product. He has determined the leadership skills to be a successful SRO has impact outside of the SRO environment as well. D.J. continues to hone his skills as a leader gaining knowledge from some of the best leaders in the world. He hopes to take the value added to him from those leaders and pass it along to you.
