D.J. brings years of experience as a School Resource Officer, Supervisor, State and National leader to your conference or training. He has a passion for adding value to others by being energetic, vulnerable, personable, and thought provoking in his presentations.

Prior to law enforcement, D.J. got a taste for public speaking while he was designing instrumentation for orthopedic implants. He continued to present across the United States and Canada as he trained others in a high-end computer aided design software. He experienced intense training with Langevin Learning Services and became a Certifying Instructor in his early 20s! This began his journey in observing other speakers to hone on his own skills of delivery and engagement.
